SHIPPING POLICY

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:
– We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 30-45 working days of the order. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within the stipulated time, we shall inform you about the same.
– If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
– We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
– To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
– While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. In that case, we would inform the situation to you, and the unshipped part of your bill would be refunded back to you at the earliest.
– If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Number at + 91-9119113334 (11.00am-6.00pm) 6 days a week or mail us at info@ISLIEbyPriyaJain.com, mentioning your order reference number.
– Since all of our pieces are made to order, we do not provide any refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.
– All products are lovingly handcrafted and go through an extensive post-production QC drill. In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, please write to us at info@ISLIEbyPriyaJain.com as soon as you receive your order to enable us to rectify the mistake as soon as possible.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All of ISLIEbyPriyaJain.com orders are shipped internationally from Jaipur, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. ISLIEbyPriyaJain.com takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
